The health care worker was very professional and care!
Made the mistake of walking in this Quest, especially while there were already a lot of people with appointments here and that I had been fasting the whole day for this. Waited on standby from 3:40 pm all the way to just before its closing time listed on the door (5 pm). Watching many people get called including those who checked in AFTER me (including OTHER STANDBYS) and listening to all the laughter inside the cubicles, only to then getting bloodwork done with little to no dialogue even when others could see that I was vis... read more
Made an appointment, still had to wait... The phlebotomist was friendly and did her job.
I love the idea signing in on my phone once I arrived. Appointments times are on time the technicians are professional and welcoming. Sorry I didn't take any pictures while I was there.
I had an excellent experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff was welcoming, professional, and respectful from the moment I arrived. The facility was clean, well-organized, and made me feel comfortable. The nurse who took care of me was exceptionally kind, caring, and attentive, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the compassion and respect I received. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding care. Highly recommended!
