This is one of my worst lab experiences. It took an hour to get in after the appointment time. There is no reception and not enough seating so we stood the whole time. The staff are aggressive and abrupt. During the blood draw, the previous patient came in with a cup of urine, with urine dripping on the outside. He was asked to place it next to the blood vials. He almost placed it on the tray of equipment used for my draw, hovering over it, pee dripping off the side. It was right next to the equipment used for drawing blood.... read more

Multiple medical providers in this location which is great. While I was here for quest, if u have an appointment, check in was quick n seeing a tech was just as fast. The staff is friendly n nice.

I've had good experiences with Quest. Easy to schedule appointments. With an appointment, I've never had to wait long, no more than 10 minutes. The technicians are usually proficient. This time, the technician helped me avoid being charged by my insurance since I had orders from two doctors who had asked for the same tests.
