Facility and servixe were both great. The website could use a banner saying when there is maintenance being done. Just sayin'..
The appointments were overbooked, everyone was falling behind. I had to wait over 1 hour to get in, even though I had an appointment and checked in 10 minutes prior to the appointment time! My following appointments were all cancelled due to this delay, and all day was ruined! Extremely disrespectful of patients' time and very irresponsible to open up so many openings when apparently highly short-staffed. I would avoid Quest at all costs.
Great place to get a test when your normal clinic would charge hundreds more because you have a high deductible health plan. It's the same tests the clinic would do, and the turnaround time is great. I arrived to my appointment about 30 minutes late due to an hour travel delay from road construction, and when I signed in at the kiosk, it told me I had to reschedule and then offered me the next appointment slot available.
