I want to commend Samina as an excellent phlebotomist.
I went to the lab for routine blood work and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the phlebotomist. From the moment I walked in, she was rude and had a noticeable attitude. She questioned the lab orders, and although I clarified them, she continued responding in an unprofessional manner. I also requested that the lab results be faxed, and she responded with frustration, stating there was no fax number, again with unnecessary attitude.
