I never mind going to Quest Laboratory. They are very efficient and professional. I never have to wait more than five minutes to get my blood drawn.
Pam, the technician was very professional and friendly and great at creating a relaxed mood. I don't like needles and I'm usually very tense, but she did a good job of taking my attention off the stress.
Came in 1/29 and had a pleasant experience picking up a kit for a sample to be brought back the following day. Was told not to make an appointment and to just knock to drop the sample off. Came in this morning to drop off the sample and knocked quietly as instructed. Heard kids in the background being loud so sat back down patiently, understanding as a father that kids are a handful.
