Very efficient and respectful. I love the cleanliness of the building. The only problem is the location. The Davenport area has become so congested that it’s hard to get to your location, especially coming from south highway 27. You have to cross over in front of traffic, and there’s no traffic lights.

MILLIE is an extremely professional phlebotomist. Very down to earth, kind and friendly, No bruising, no pain, clean poke. Office was a little behind, pretty it was the officer Manager that came out and let everyone know, they were behind. My appointment was at 1100. I got called back at 1120. That's not too bad IMO. One of the better locations around. BTW the waiting area was full no seats and they cleared it within 10 minutes
