Please avoid this lab if you can. We had a very bad experience with the service and staff. A couple of months ago, my wife and I took our one-week-old baby there for lab work. His nurse had told us that because he was a newborn, they would take him in as soon as we arrived. However, the lab assistant refused and was extremely rude about it. She told us we had to register and take the next available appointment, which was two hours later. UPDATE - this place still sucks just as bad as it did a few years ago. Over 2 hour wait. I should have known better and gone to a competent and not horribly run lab. My mistake thinking it wouldn’t be as bad, but never again. If you need labs drawn on an infant, avoid this location at all costs. When the phlebotomist called our name and saw it was an infant, it was very obvious she did not want to do it or feel comfortable. She clearly had no confidence in her skills with a newborn. Wait was short and new staff got my vein on the first try. I would highly recommend this location.
I always go here early in the morning and it's always very quick. Hardly any wait, in and out
