The technician that Drew my blood was excellent very efficient and friendly
Mobile check-in via text message never works. Kiosk usually works onsite, but has issues. I updated my insurance information on my Quest account the day before my visit and when the lab tech brought up my account on her computer my insurance update did not show and the tech said that was because it doesn't work either. The kiosk in the lobby does not work well for elderly people that struggle utilizing the technology to check in and it frustrates them and causes delays. Mayelin was absolutely AMAZING!! I am not very excited to have blood drawn but she was very gentle and extremely personable!! I need to know when she works every time I need blood drawn!!!!
Check-in was easy. I did it on my phone. I was called quickly in. Even before my appointment time. The woman who waited on me was wonderful! She was thorough. Had me check my tubes of blood twice before and after she took my blood. She wished me a happy belated birthday. She was very kind and did her job. Well I recommend quest at 131st and olio.
Check in was easy to follow. The wait was short and the staff were informed. The staff were friendly and professional.
