Excellent service, professionalism and kindness. I’ve been to this quest lab twice in the past month and each time service has been impeccable.
Sierra was absolutely amazing. I have always had trouble with my blood work and finding the vein and it has always been a source of stress for me and I have to say this was the first time that I found someone who made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job.
The tech Felicia is great. She has drawn my blood 4 or 5 times over the past year, and she never "misses". She hits my vein the first time. No "digging", no multiple jabs. I will always ask for her. Check-in was so easy. Just a click on a text on my phone. And no waiting. I had an appointment, and they called me right in on time.
Felecia was fabulous so very professional and made me feel at ease
