Convenient location and EXCELLENT phlebotomist
Check-in was easy, the staff very kind as well as professional and the wait time for a pre-scheduled appointment was minimal.
I am soooooo impressed with your technician Sierra (Ciara)!!!!! So pleasant and was able to painlessly take blood from my vein less arm quickly!!!! She's the BEST Technician I've ever had!
Lazy staff who doesn’t want to work!
I came in with my grandfather on an electric cart. For context, he recently lost a leg. Staff watched us enter and waited until we checked in at the kiosk (After two other people) to tell us the motorized cart was not allowed. There were no signs stating this, on the entrance, email, website, or kiosk. To be fair, it is a small space, however the cart was not blocking the door or walkway.
