To get information for about billing it sucks because my daughter says that you got that she owes money to you guys, but you have never sent her a bill to her house so how in the heck is she supposed to pay it? I mean you guys don’t even send her a bill so how does she know how to much she even owes your website? Sucks you need a real person to talk to you.
They got me in pretty quickly by walk in so that was nice. The lady with the red hair and pink scrubs on Euclid has very bad customer service though. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.
Staff was great total time from signing to leaving was less than 15 minutes. Staff was very polite and courteous but most importantly very good at their job because I was having a blood draw and didn't feel a thing. Only bad thing was they have a space heater in the lobby that would heat an R.V. Bathroom let alone a health care facility.
Easy to schedule and very fast. Checked in, went right back for blood testing, and was out in 5 minutes.
Lab Tech was very friend and professional.
