They got me in pretty quickly by walk in so that was nice. The lady with the red hair and pink scrubs on Euclid has very bad customer service though. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.
Staff was great total time from signing to leaving was less than 15 minutes. Staff was very polite and courteous but most importantly very good at their job because I was having a blood draw and didn't feel a thing. Only bad thing was they have a space heater in the lobby that would heat an R.V. Bathroom let alone a health care facility.
Easy to schedule and very fast. Checked in, went right back for blood testing, and was out in 5 minutes.
Lab Tech was very friend and professional.
Called back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When asking for an estimate on time for appointment staff refused to look at the paper work had in my hand and would not give me a time estimate. She was very rude about. Will not go back there.
