Made an appointment and was seen on time. Technician was very compassionate and did not rush the blood draw. For a blood draw, it was an all around good experience. No complaints.
This Quest location was clean, easy, and professional. I did not have any problems and would come back again when needed.

They have two locations with the same suite number, same street, only different by a single digit of the street number. Me and another patient missed our appointment because we waited at the wrong location. The TV showing check ins/wait-list was turned off at the first location. The employee at the second address was very rude when I asked if I had missed my appointment already, after running across the parking lot.
