No customer service at all. Everything is online. Everyone comes with appointments but still a long wait. Their automated systems showing who’s next was not functioning.
I had the easiest bloodwork of my life here today. The technician got the vein on the first try and took probably 15-20 seconds from the poke to get all of the blood needed. I am normally very nervous and prone to fainting at bloodwork so having such a quick and painless experience was amazing. Thank you for the positive bloodwork experience!
I would like to commend Ms. Maya for doing an excellent job in taking a blood sample for my 9-month-old. My son only cried a little bit, and after that, he seemed fine because of Ms. Maya’s excellent hand.She is very professional.

I scheduled a morning appointment for blood drawing and this was the first time in years I did not have vasovagal syncope. Excellent facility with low wait times.
