This place needs better staff. I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve gone the staff have been really rude. They need to work somewhere else. I’m tempted to start driving to Fresno rather than dealing with them.
The lady there is rude and racist. She gets mad with the elderly that dont know how to use the tablet to sign in and doesn't want to help them especially if they speak only spanish. Idk why they dont hire someone else.
My mother had a liver transplant and needs blood work labs done every 2 weeks. This is covered by Original Medicare Part B. Which my mother has. My mother has been going here for a few years because its local and convenient . Now they tell her that they don't take her insurance. She had part A and part B. How is that not accepted? When you call, you can't talk to anyone, just recordings. It seems they are understaffed or they just don't want to service you. Save yourself some time and headaches, and find another lab.
