Never have been to Quest in Kerman. Made an appointment and upon arriving, NO signs on the building looked like it was a condemed. Left without being seen and from the other comments I wont be going back.
During my recent visit for blood tests, the process was efficient with a scheduled appointment, allowing for a quick visit. It would be beneficial for this facility to have a larger Quest sign to aid patients in finding the office more easily.
Don't bother walking in because you won't get acknowledged or seen! One of the worst Quests I have ever been to..
I'm rating the location it self a 5. Every time I go in tech is always sweet. She tries her best even though she's the only on site. So it's understandable that she needs to stay on schedule. What my complaint is it's the billing department on it's own. Tech took my insurance card on DOS, my insurance info is listed on my quest app but I'm still getting billed for no insurance provided. How does this make any sense. Called the billing dept at different times and it's closed. Billers need to get it together.
