I was referred by my neurologist to Quest Lab in Sherman, Texas. I tried calling the location to set up an appointment. I got a call center employee that walk-ins were welcome. I signed in at the kiosk and chose walk-in and after about an hour a woman came out and told everyone in waiting room that if you were a walk-in they would not be able to get to us today unless a scheduled appointment was a no show.
