I don't normally write Google reviews, but after today's visit, I felt this one was well deserved. I came to this Quest location for a blood draw after visiting a different Quest location the week before, and the experiences were night and day. The woman who drew my blood today was absolutely exceptional. I have a history of not doing well with blood draws, but I barely even noticed when she started. Took time off work, drove an hour here to get bloodwork. When I get checked in, they say they can't do bloodwork because the wifi is down..? Never needed internet to take blood anywhere else. They didnt think to call any of the patients scheduled, just waiting until everyone gets here to send them home. Ridiculous
