Great experience! The last is super kind and productive and to the point. I had to retake a urine test, and she made it an easy FAST process. I was a walk-in, and got put on the stand-by list and got out of there in less than 30 minutes!
Easy to make online appointments, walk-ins accepted, supplies for additional collections available, easy to drop off samples to be tested.
I don’t know why this Gets negative reviews. Ever since I relocated not willingly. I’ve never witnessed Midwest what are they called Karen’s. Scheduled an appointment online for 9:40 And got there at 9:05 because I took a black Uber. And the person that greet you was very nice. The kiosk was perfect very easy to use and she saw me at 9:15. I don't normally write Google reviews, but after today's visit, I felt this one was well deserved. I came to this Quest location for a blood draw after visiting a different Quest location the week before, and the experiences were night and day. The woman who drew my blood today was absolutely exceptional. I have a history of not doing well with blood draws, but I barely even noticed when she started.
