Great service and friendly staff.
Cashmere, the phlebotomist, at this location is truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to support me in a unique situation, even taking the initiative to collaborate with my physician to ensure the most accurate testing was performed. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made a stressful experience so much easier. She truly deserves recognition, accolades, and awards for the level of care and dedication she provides. I’m incredibly grateful for her.
Worst experience ever! This is first time a lab lost test. My son did a test on Feb 20, 2026 and we have not heard anything. When doctor office reached out on March 4 to the main number because office number does not take any calls they told them he is not in the system and they cannot find his test or results. He had to go 3 times to get it done because of how unorganized the office is and now has to redo it again. Find another place!
Scheduling an advance was encouraged simple check-in minimal weight time and the tech technician was beyond friendly and very appropriate, quick, efficient, explained everything and very thorough. I was a little skeptical based on the reviews, I work in healthcare and this exceeded my expectations couldn’t have asked for better service
These geniuses are unable to accept electronic requisitions and/or allow you to print in their dozens of available printers. Was literally told to find a FedEx office to go print a piece of paper that I have electronically like we’re still in the 1980s. I’m sure the C-Suite would love to hear about how they lost revenue because they couldn’t accept an electronic requisition…. Do better Quest Diagnostics, perhaps you should get yourself on a technological quest to the 21st century…. L
