This was the worst lab experience I’ve had. Walk-ins are supposedly accepted, but it definitely doesn’t feel that way. I was told they would see me in about an hour. After waiting, staff came out and announced they were going on lunch break. When I returned after lunch, I was told I had to register again and my previous place in line was lost. The whole process felt disorganized and inconsiderate of patients’ time. Very frustrating and disappointing.
I was walk in. I sign in as a walk in and check in. I was told they couldn't take me because the women working there said it's was lunch time!! After lunch I was the first one taken!!!!!!
The Quest sample taker did an excellent job and was very professional and pleasant. I already have the results this morning for my cardiologist's required tests. Highly recommending Quest!
Everything was great except scheduling appointments through your portal which is a nightmare. If I hadn't found this one available appointment, I would not have found anything in Marin County for weeks. Technician and Nave Drive location were great and convenient.
This small lab with its own restroom inside a Safeway is a great idea. Great service. To spend up check-in, please come with your QR code ready.
