A simple process for appointment setting (online or at the office) and service is both quick and friendly.
Nightwalker location added locked doors so no one can just walk into the back with the techs. I was told my Medicare no longer cover the Lipid test, and I would have to pay them 176. dollars to get the test done. The tech never told me or gave me the rejection code or explained why it was declined.
A breeze, checkin, wait time, blood draw all were great. Facility is great, technicians are superb.
On-time and efficient.
