It was easy to schedule my appointment, but the result of your very unskilled phlebotomist was terrible. I attached a photo that I took a week ago of the inside crook of my arm, which now STILL has a 3 inch deep purple bruise as a result of what the phlebotomist did. I have never had this kind of a result ever before. I have great veins and have never had trouble with a blood draw until this visit on October 1, 2026.
