Our experience at Quest in Wichita Falls, Tx was great. She as o friendly and a good lab tech.
The nurse who took my blood did a fine job, but she didn't change her gloves after touching door knobs, her phone, her computer keyboard, and a TRASH CAN. Also, the building (including where blood was drawn and stored) was very dirty and run down.
This quest location is very spacious and clean. The lab technician are very knowledgeable and professional. I received great customer service
