I am experiencing sharp shooting pains, a burning sensation with pins and needles a day after being seen here. I have never had bruising like this in my life. I have weakness in the area where the needle entered my body. I need someone to call me asap

Appt was made for 6:45am. Show up and the tech/phlebotomist can’t seem to figure out my orders in the computer. They are all on the screen, but seemed clueless. Called a coworker who suggested I go to a different location. Went to that location on I10 service road as a walk in. At 6:55 am standing room only. Did not get labs done. Will ask MD to order from another company. So not worth being NPO to be run around.

Today whole city the Quest all close except here I am so surprise ,I thought need wait long time, is not 😅 the lady do the test for me , she is very sweet we make jokes talk ,thanks God is make easy to me, I am very scary shot ,every time I take shot sweet all over , so I need talk distract my eyes in the shot 🤣 thank you again 😘👍

I tried to drop off a specimen at this lab for testing. I walked into the office, and the clerk/lab tech told me to go sign in and someone would call me when it was my turn. Thirty seconds later, the same clerk called me. I walked into the office and tried to hand her my bagged sample. She glared at me as if I'd insulted her.
