If you can’t schedule an appointment for fasting labs, don’t waste time going here. Got there at opening (7:30) and it was after 7:50 before they had finally finished one draw. At 8, they were still working on the second appointment and other people with appointments were streaming in. I was being bumped so far down the list I left because I needed to eat. Phlebotomist was great, only one person at this location. Make an appointment and avoid the wait
Getting blood test without appointment after just saw the Dr. You will wait forever. Clock in wait is 15 minutes , then you will see your time increase to 30 minutes , and you will keep waiting . Obviously the worst customer service . Quest , why don't you hire more people ?? !
