Miserable to make appointments. NO phone assistance at all. Had a problem, making an online appointment and went to one of the locations and they treated me like I was an imbecile.
Took the trouble to go there only to be greeted with a sign “This Quest location is closed indefinitely “. Why is it listed as open here?????
Kind, professional, efficient tech for blood draw. Well automated systems so I didn't have to fill out forms.
Horrible, lady has us sign in, wait. Then tells us she has appointments and we have to go to another location. Way to go Quest. Horrible! Avoid this location and train or terminate the tech.
Could not speak to a person regarding a question. Everything automated, No one at front desk. No air conditioning in the small, overcrowded waiting room. Left after 5 minutes. Do not go to this random location….
