I had an excellent experience at Grunow Memorial Medical Center. The staff were professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and the medical team took the time to answer all of my questions. From check-in to treatment, everything was handled efficiently and with genuine care. It's reassuring to know there's a healthcare center that prioritizes both quality care and patient comfort. Highly recommended!

Grunow Memorial Medical Center gets the job done, but don’t expect anything beyond basic care. The staff at the front desk were polite, though the wait time was longer than expected (about 45 minutes past my appointment time). The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable but rushed, and I didn’t feel like all my concerns were fully addressed. The facility itself is clean but a bit dated.
