always efficient with high courtesy & skills
Went to the lab this morning to get my labs done.I am a physician and have my own account with quest lab.My endocrinologist and primary physicians had two different orders and the lab tech refused to consolidate the orders and send the results to both even when I requested to do so.Also they stated one test would not be covered by Medicare as the doctor didn’t put proper diagnosis.I told them the diagnosis code and icd 10 for the same.They refused to place that with the test request saying the doctor who ordered it has to do... read more
I had an appointment and waited only a few minutes after arriving and checking in. Staff, Barbara in particular was extremely kind and efficient.
I was there last Monday with an appt at 8:45 and I asked why I had not been called in and the staff ignored me and kept calling other patients.
