First, the staff at the office I had my appointment is professional, polite, and efficient. 5 stars. Second, the IT part is hugely annoying. My appointment, that I made months ago, included a text verification. A few days before the appointment, I checked the app and online, no appointment. I made another appointment, received a text verification, and in the message app, there was the original appointment. I get two reminders on the day of, one for each appointment. I had a wonderful experience at the Quest Diagnostics location in Lutz thanks to Jesse! I scheduled an appointment and was called back promptly, which I really appreciated. I shared my fears and anxiety about having blood drawn, and Jesse was absolutely excellent. She listened, was patient and compassionate, and kept me distracted with conversation throughout the process. Best of all, she got it done with just one poke, and we were finished! My daughter came there for Lab work at 11 AM..... they let her sit there for 2 hours before telling her they couldn't see her until her schedule time, instead of just saying up front they couldn't see her until her scheduled time... Total garbage client service.... Will never use Quest again ! By the way....COVID's been over for sometime now... may want to remove the "stand here" footprints in your office.... get with the time! I suggest using another Lab !!! Very disappointed.......
