I always use quest for my blood work (every 6-8 weeks) usually visiting the Foggy Bottom location but this time I went to the Lutz one. My experience has been positive at both locations but my only complaint would be the band aids that fall off. Can we bring back the wrap? I know some idiot ruined it for all of us but make us sign a waver like every other company does. I hate that my band aid falls off before my blood has a change to coagulate. If you’re looking for a place where the machines are more welcoming than the employees, and your only interaction with staff is waiting for them to call your name, this is definitely the place for you. Need help? Good luck. Apparently, employees are just there for decoration. And the best part? Plenty of elderly people clearly needing assistance… and guess who was there to help? Absolutely no one.
