Had been here in the past with no issues, until last visit when the phlebotomist botched and left me with a nice mark. Keep in mind she had pointed out how great my veins are, yet somehow stuck me like an amateur. A doctor's assistant pointed out how bad my mark looks.
Everything went well
I had an outstanding experience at Lab thanks to Kerron. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. She made my blood draw quick and comfortable, and she was wonderful with my children while helping them complete their tests. Her calm, friendly, and caring approach made them feel comfortable and at ease.
