Came to this Quest Diagnostics for my annual physical exam blood work. I was a walk-in so I had to wait about 50mins to be seen since I didn't have an appointment but other than the wait, the phlebotomists that took my blood was friendly and very professional. Grest experience and will definitely have this Quest be my main location.
The staff is very polite and very professional. They talk to U. They make U feel comfortable.
Had been here in the past with no issues, until last visit when the phlebotomist botched and left me with a nice mark. Keep in mind she had pointed out how great my veins are, yet somehow stuck me like an amateur. A doctor's assistant pointed out how bad my mark looks.
