The tech was rude from the moment I walked in. She basically yelled at me for not knowing that there was supposed to be a urine sample - I said I wasn't aware as it hadn't been tested the past two times we ran this panel. She pointed at the paper and said “See, right here, it says urine”. I later realized this was a parenthetical notation on one of the values being tested. Showed up to my appointment early, got my blood drawn and left before my appointment time even came up. Super fast and friendly technician, great experience overall. The entrance to the clinic is inside Jewel near the pharmacy section, there's a kiosk inside to check in, scan your ID&insurance, and you're good to go.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lost my order, came at me with an attitude for it not being in thier system and delayed my appointment purposely for 20min. I was able to contact my doctor and solve the issue in 5 min. Karol was my nurse. She told me she purposely gave me attitude, she proceeded to try to start my appointment with the door open, and told me she was sick and didn't want to be at work but she had to be.
I signed up for Function Health and didn't know what to expect with the process. Quest is their lab partner and was excited to head into this specific location as it came highly recommended by a friend. Appointment scheduling, easy parking, and customer service all top notch. Tamera, my lab tech, was truly amazing. Kind, lovely, organized and I didn't feel a thing. She's aces!
Very quick & staff member who took care of me was very nice!
