Devonyine Freson was the absolute best. Im a muscular 300 pound guy who hates needles and needed to get his blood drawn. She was sweet, and cared!!!! She eased me through the process, made sure I was as comfortable as can be, and drew my blood in one try. Shes will be an amazing doctor one day - value her!!!!
Had a 12:40 pm appointment, arrived at 12:53 pm due to traffic. Tried to call a number as a courtesy to let them know I was running late and ensuring that I could still be seen. Of course, there was no number but still came because most medical facilities have a grace period of at least 10-15 minutes. This Quest location is inside a Jewel grocery store. I showed up for scheduled appt this morning at 06:40 and found this on the door. No pre notification or message to say they were closed. I received a call from them at 09:00 telling me they were closed today..!!! The people at Jewel laughed when I asked them about the emergency closing and said it’s not unusual for them not to turn up in the morning!!
I came here and it said there was an “emergency closing” without any text or call warning. After reading the other reviews it doesn’t look very legitimate to me.
Showed up to my appointment, only to find out that the location was closed due to maintenance. And yet they let folks schedule appointments there. Classic Quest. Over-charging and under-delivering.
