This is such a great place. I highly recommend it. This is convenient and is unlike many of the quest locations. I’ve been to in the greater Boston area. It’s right in the CVS. The staff is wonderful and organized. The system is highly automated and I got my results within a day. Great resource for the Upper Valley.
I don't generally write reviews-but after the beyond livid experience I had, I'm writing to warn others if you MUST go here bring a printout from your doctor of your labs. Even though I confirmed with them (which in the end was someone from their corporate office) that they had the order, they didn't. And "they" is misleading as there is only one human being there and she's the one pulling blood, no one else there. When you're very sick, the last thing you need is this BS. I had one of the worst experiences getting my blood drawn. I tend to faint when I get my blood drawn. I mentioned this to the tech. She did not take my fears into consideration, and she used the largest gage needle. She was uncaring and rude.
I visited this location for my annual bloodwork and was shocked at how nice it was. Everything there seems to be brand new, and it’s completely contained inside the CVS store. The technician who drew my blood was friendly and extremely good at her job. A quick, painless jab that didn’t really bruise at all afterwards. My results arrived rapidly via the Quest app. If you live near Claremont, this is an excellent place to have diagnostic testing performed. I’ve included photos of the waiting area.
