Went there to get a drug test for new employment around 1:40 pm. Sat there for 20 minutes before someone said there stopped doing stuff tests at that location at noon. Their sign posted in the office says they stop at 2pm. These people don't know how to do their jobs and are quite discourteous through their attention and management of the facility.
Everyone was nice, competent, and efficient. Everything was on schedule. I arrived on time for my appointment, and I did not need to wait at all.

Decided to get a routine lab done here because they handle walk ins (and the standard Carillon options in the region were overbooked). The entrance, waiting room, and check-in process are not likely the forward facing customer service experience that some might expect (literally a digital kiosk and no hint of human presence), but once called to the ‘inner sanctum’ the experience is commendable.
