I scheduled an appointment in advance, but when I arrived, I was asked to wait just like the people who walked in without an appointment. If appointments are not given any priority, I’m not sure why you accept scheduled appointments in the first place. I would appreciate some clarification on how the appointment system is supposed to work.
I asked if my test was supposed to be fasting & was told that was usually recommended for a lipid panel which the prescriber did not say. They suggested that I call my dr which I did who verified the tech at Quest's comment. Quest told me to fast and come back at 8 am the next morning bc no appts were available. I was the 1st one in at 8 am the next morning & they had my paperwork ready. I was out in a very few minutes. They really helped me on this and I will return there in the future.
Went there to get a drug test for new employment around 1:40 pm. Sat there for 20 minutes before someone said there stopped doing stuff tests at that location at noon. Their sign posted in the office says they stop at 2pm. These people don't know how to do their jobs and are quite discourteous through their attention and management of the facility.
Everyone was nice, competent, and efficient. Everything was on schedule. I arrived on time for my appointment, and I did not need to wait at all.
