Decided to get a routine lab done here because they handle walk ins (and the standard Carillon options in the region were overbooked). The entrance, waiting room, and check-in process are not likely the forward facing customer service experience that some might expect (literally a digital kiosk and no hint of human presence), but once called to the ‘inner sanctum’ the experience is commendable. Check-in is easy peasy. Make an appointment if you can. I've been three times and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Check in easy. Lisa was great, she was efficient and friendly.
Got in at my appt time. Had my blood drawn right away. No problems with anything. Results the next day.
