Staff yelling into the lobby " no walk ins today, we are triple booked" there had been people waiting a while before this was yelled into the lobby..they will also turn you away if you cant pay a balance.
These guys screw up ALL of the time. They couldn't find shoes in a shoe box if they tried.. Some staff aren't very good at what they do.. like the Barberton hospital location.. the girl there is very rude..
Mikala was very friendly and helpful! She is a expert at taking blood as she is a very calm person not my blood on the first attempt with no real pain!

Made appointment online, and I know I clicked on this location. The other listing said "Tuscora" which would be the one by the hospital which is the one I didn't want, so I clicked on the other one and your system booked me at Tuscora instead without me noticing.
