All of a sudden they don’t want to accommodate walk ins anymore. Which is honestly ridiculous considering there’s an OBGYN among other doctors directly upstairs and patients get sent down for lab work.
Everything was good. The technician is kind and professional. Blood draw smooth and easy. One criticism: the waiting room has seating for 4, which is inadequate for 8-12 people
Worst Quest Lab experience in the area. I waited 3 hours for routine lab work. The phlebotomist explained that the long wait was because the 2nd phlebotomist was out of town. I returned the following Monday morning with an appointment, but the process was still extremely slow, taking approximately 15–20 minutes per draw. Made an appointment and checked in via mobile. When I walked in there were 5 people waiting, stayed for 30 minutes and during that time 1 out of the 5 people waiting made it in. Walked out.
