Went for routine blood work. Woke up the next day with a purple bruise that took 2 weeks to go away. I was not happy.
Always a quick trip for blood work. Never a long wait, in & out and your done! I’ve had the same person for quite a few blood draws , she is very nice and sociable. I hope I keep getting her every time I have to go and have blood work.

We are convinced that Sue and Billie at the Springville Quest location are some of the best phlebotomists in WNY! My wife and I (and our daughter, too) purposely schedule at this location for any bloodwork because of these two. Sue was my wife's phlebotomist yesterday and as always, Sue made this visit a ONE STICK, and was able to fill all the vials with ease.
