Went to Quest Diagnostics this morning to have some blood drawn. I’m what’s called a difficult stick because my veins are hard to find. I was lucky to have Rosanna make the process quick and easy. She talked to me to distract me from getting stuck. And before you know it we were done. Thank you!!! Very professional and kind.
The service was excellent. The appointed time was honored. I was scheduled for 10:10 am and I was called in at 10:09 am.
The young woman who assisted me was absolutely amazing! Brilliant, smart and she handled me with care. I wish I could remember her name. She was petite, had dark brown skin and a cute phlebotomist hat. She made me feel so at ease. Thank you QUEST! I was there on Eastern Parkway for a 3:20pm appointment on Thursday. u
Slow workers they had a medical emergency that backed them up on time and they got tired and walking slowly knowing they're back up early people have to pick up child daycares charge you when you're late I was on time for my appointment.if not they cancel itI left and didn't do anything I left my paperwork she ran fast in back of me to return it. She moved fast then. I'll get a new paper and asked if I was hungry I said yes she said that's why Well...... You drawing blood or not you slow phlebotomist
