The representative, Aminata, who assisted me was the ultimate professional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every visitor felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out.
I didn’t have to wait too long and the person who attended to me was extremely nice and professional.
Overall, an extremely chaotic experience. Avoid this location. I had a 9:40 appointment and arrived on time, but waited an hour to be seen. The blood draw area is essentially a cubicle inside the waiting room, and the phlebotomist said she didn’t see me waiting in the designated area. She then spent about 20 minutes manually entering my blood draw paperwork, saying they had never received the order. I had confirmed with my doctor the day before that it had been sent. Extremely frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. I arrived around 11:30 AM for bloodwork after my doctor’s appointment and waited nearly 3 hours. When I was finally seen @2:15PM, I was told I couldn’t be serviced due to an insurance/collection issue. I immediately contacted Quest customer service, who confirmed that the issue had been resolved and that I could still complete my bloodwork.
