If anyone is wondering if this location is open, it was not open when I went today and looks permanently closed. There was a sign on the door saying to go to the Riverwood location (near hospital) or the Woodlands location.

I go there out of convenience but the gals are extremely rude and do not try to accommodate. All the staff were rude and still are. I've been 3 times but every time I go they are not nice.
Clean, fast and very courteous
Based on the reviews, and the fact that I hate giving blood, I was very nervous about coming here. I also showed up right at 4:30 and they close at 5:00 - but a few minutes after I checked in on the iPad, I was called to the back to finish paperwork (provide insurance card, ID, etc.). Front desk clerk was very nice. The phlebotomist was very polite and I told her I was nervous about giving a lot of vials of blood because I get very woozy afterward.
