They are quick to take your business and money, but they are impossible to get in touch with if you want to dispute a charge or have any billing issues.

I was a walk in appointment at 7:30 am, and the technician said she had back to back appointments all day and couldn't "squeeze" me in, even though she had a break in her schedule and no one was in there. I will never go back in again. I have never been treated so rudely.

Michele is AMAZING... the best phlebotomist I've met. She is patient, kind and calm... which is helpful if you're apprehensive about blood draws, like I am. The office is clean and organized, and my appointment was on time. Thank you, Michele! You're now my go-to for bloodwork.

The best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn, and that’s saying something. 🤣 She only had to stick me once for 10-15 vials and it was the cleanest stick I’ve ever received. I recently went to the E.R. and they had to stick me several times—told me I had small veins—not true! This gal knows what she’s doing. Fast, efficient, and painless.

Excellent! Located right next to the pharmacy in Carrs grocery store! One stop shop and blood drop off! Employees are awesome, quick and painless! After 20 years of blood draws every 3-6 months, a person that is excellent with a needle is a god-send. I've had terrible experiences elsewhere....but never at Quest, and definitely no problems ever at this particular location!
