Make an appointment before you go. Staff here seems to be pissed at life. I suggest anyplace else. The quest at 21 e 22nd. Leaps and bounds nicer.
I'm an extremely "hard stick" Eric not only remembered me from my previous visit 3 months ago, but he was patient, gentle and kept his cool while trying to find the perfect site before ever trying to stick my arm. I will be requesting him every time I have to get my blood drawn from now on. I highly recommend him & Quest Diagnostics if you need your blood work done. Made an appointment, arrived on time, checked in, no waiting at all. The phlebotomist came to waiting room, greeted me, and off we went to take care of my labwork. The gentleman was very pleasant and i may add, super painless-very important to me! Thank you and yes, I will definitely return to QUEST for my LABWORK, and definitely recommend QUEST for their courtesy, professionalism, and pain-free interaction!
