Very easy to make an appointment and there was no wait when I arrived for my appointment. Staff was very friendly and efficient. They just need to have better signage to find the Quest center, especially outside of the Jewel.
Friendly and quick service. PSA: They no longer offer drug screens, even if your employer sends you there. This is listed on the Quest website but I wasn't sure given that my employer sent me there anyway, so just FYI that you will need to go to another location.
Shequita took care of me even though I was 20 minutes late to my appointment! Thank you Shequita you were the BEST.
Terrible. I made an appointment at 1130am. A person got there after me and was called before me. I was called in 18 minutes after my scheduled time and then they couldn't find the blood work request from my dr's office so after 35 minutes I had to leave. Couple that with having to listen to an employee say that her last day with Quest is Saturday and she only gave them one week's notice and she may not show up to work on Saturday was very off putting. I had a terrible customer service experience with representative Shequita at the Jewel-Osco N Clybourn, Chicago location. Shequita was rude, unhelpful, belligerent, and intent on being difficult and confrontational. I eventually left without getting service because it was so uncomfortable to be there. I will no longer be using Quest entirely as a result of this terrible experience.
