This location is closed and apparently has been for a while. When I called, the recording said they relocated to Safeway, but there's no Quest signage in the Safeway and Quest's system hangs up on you when you select the option to speak to a person on the phone. There is a Labcorp location in this spot now, which is great because my doc sent the orders to them and they saw me 10 minutes later.
I have a blood test with them on Jan 5th 2022. They told me it would take 5-7 days. Today is the 8th day and no results. When I called today they told me sorry we over looked your lab tests and you have to start all over again. I will never use them again and I wonder they are rated poorly.
Website down, no one answers the phone. Unable to make an appointment for time sensitive lab draw. Extremely poor service. Beyond frustrating.
