Friendly, fast and convenient
Needs additional staff, woman there is nice but is stretched thin. Quest billing is also a mess, difficult to speak to someone let alone someone with experience to be able to help you. Web and email tools are NOT customer friendly.
Does not answer the phone, even for billing. Did not receive any bills before it was sent to a collection agent. I cannot confirm what services they provided or when this was done.
Nice clean place, employees were friendly and my blood draw went well. I took off one star because of this: While I'm sitting in the chair to get my blood drawn, there was a qr code next to me all I can leave a review. As soon as I'm done, I get handed a card with a qr code to leave a review. I get to my car and I receive a text message to leave a review. Then I get 2 emails that day to leave a review. PLEASE everyone get tested because the breakthrough IS REAL AFTER YOU HAVE HAD Vaccine!!! If you feel sick PLEASE stay away from others because having Covid SUCKS!!!
