The woman that works here and intakes clients is so nasty and mean to all customers, She turned me and my friend away on multiple occasions and days without explaining and just brushing us off rudely. She really should not be dealing with customers face to face. The other customers in the waiting room were visibly upset with the way they were treated by her as well. I’m unsure of her name but she had an accent and red hair.

Terrible place. No sense of urgency. You’ll wait for extended periods even with an appointment time. What’s the point of an appt if they don’t honor the times? Not once or twice either, literally EVERY time. Ppl literally can’t do their jobs efficiently anymore, the typical American staff, lazy and no accountability.

piss poor staff, heard them in back came early as a walk in only one other person there, waited 45 mins, then the blood draw tech had a shtty attitude, never in my 53 yrs of life have I had a phlebotomist give me grief about what arm the draw is done on, they usually ask, this lady was doing the draw n my 11 yr old, I spoke up said he is right handed can you take the sample from left she abruptly goes NO, I said why not? she goes because all my supplies are closer to his right arm & she doesn't like leaning that direction, s... read more

I see there are negative reviews but I personally had a great experience at this location. Made an appointment online and was take in on time. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Results were available 4 days later. Keep up the great work
