TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I checked in at the kiosk at 7:35 for my 7:40 appointment and waited… and waited. By 8:10, no one had called me, so I finally asked the staff if I was still on the schedule. They couldn’t even find my name. I then overheard a staff member dismissively say, “why is she just asking now!”—as if the delay was somehow my fault. They should replace all the staff, terrible service. My appointment was at 9:00 AM and they didn’t do the test until 10:15 AM. Why do they even require you to make an appointment if they’re going to do the exam whenever they feel like it anyway? If you go as a walk-in, forget about being seen. Choose another location. They're 1.5 hours behind. The lobby is so overfull there are multiple groups waiting outside.
