Automated voice call could not understand my first name, even when I was spelling it out like it asked, it told me it couldn’t understand no matter how slow or fast I went. There was no choice to talk to staff, don’t bother using the phone number just use their website.
I was referred here for blood draw, was told walk ins welcome. Well, the lady with the mask stated appointments only, and she only had 2 left for the day. Office was still open another 30 min. & no one else was waiting, but she was not going to help me. Very rude and unprofessional.
Always my prefered lab. Too bad that St. Fran. insists on Lab Corp.
Super friendly, Very informative, even showed me a breakdown what was covered by my insurance and what I would have to pay out-of-pocket. Highly recommend. Gail is awesome.
