I had an appointment and waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Why bother with appointments if you don't honor them?
Todo está bien ,hasta que tienes que entregar muestras de laboratorio. Una espera larga ,no encuentras una persona que te explique como hacer, la persona que habla español no es empática. Fui a buscar los envases para las muestras y el técnico no encontró la información del paciente.Para saber cuántos envases necesitaba.Pudo ser mejor si alguien me hubiera explicado.Gracias a una técnica que me ayuda ayudó pesar del idioma
I love that Quest has appointments at 6:10 AM. I was seen very quickly and was in and out super fast. I want clean - fasted blood work results and going directly to Quest is great! Love to see my results quickly and how they look with past trends.
