The unprofessional treatment and long waiting times at the 101 Pennsylvania location. I signed in very early before my appointment and knew I had to wait after waiting a couple of hours eventually no patients were called for at least 30 minutes while the employees had a meeting. They even took walk-in patients while I was signed in and waiting to be called. I arrived at 1245p, at my appointment time of 310p I still was not called. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 2:20 PM, which I later changed to 1:10 PM. I arrived early and checked in for the 1:10 PM appointment, but there seemed to be a scheduling discrepancy on their end. I informed staff about the issue and even showed my confirmation barcode reflecting the 1:10 PM appointment. Awful place! I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time; waiting time isn’t good. This is the second time I came to this location. I made an appointment at 2.10 PM, I got there early at 2.00PM; I was called at 3.10 PM only after I knocked on the door three times and inquired about my turn!! I only selected this PA Avenue location because is closed to my home!
Waiting time was right on par. Attendant was very sweet and professional. The Waiting area is too small. Many patients were standing Waiting to be called.
