There is no one to talk to, just a a tablet for self service and a tiny wait room packed with sad faces waiting to be called.
I’m very happy with how Johana helped me again, today I had an apt and there was a lot of people waiting when I got there. She helped them all check in and when it was my turn to check in, she helped me through the entire process. She was amazing, great service and very helpful!
I had a 9:40 appt. on Friday, 4/5/24. I arrived and, for the second time after a complaint the first time, I received a link to check in, I hit it and it wanted me to confirm. HOW??!! There is no button to do anything so AGAIN, I had to input my info into the kiosk, in a jam-packed tiny room, with both sides of my license and insurance cards scanned into a system that has my information ALREADY.
