I love this Quest. It is easy to get appointments, has a comfortable waiting room, but you spend very little time there if any because your process is so organized and easy to do. The facility is clean, efficient and your technicians are all knowledgable, skilled and professional and pleasant.

I like the check in, when you open the door, you are checked in and ready for your name to be called - with in minutes! It's fast and efficient - it's brilliant!
The worst place to go and get your blood work done. Had the identical test done six months ago. And then all of a sudden now it’s under a new policy they can’t do it. No consistency with management and training obviously.
