I came back to deliver a urine sample not available when blood was drawn, and the process of logging in was very unclear. It took knocking on the door and getting the attention of 3 people before I was shown how to do it.
I am leaving a one star review because of the accuracy of the results. My husband had blood work done on September 5th and his A1c was excessively high. So when he followed up with his doctor, they rechecked the A1c at the office and then it was within the expected range. Now I feel concerned about the accuracy of any blood work I get done at Quest. I called customer service and they did not do anything about it.
Very efficient system, clean, and professional. I must compliment Mable and Deanna for going above and beyond and having compassion and kindness and going out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of properly and had all the tests and documentation necessary in one visit! Thank you!!!
Very mean and bad experience very unwelcoming please save ur time and go elsewhere. Over heard them chatting about me in the other room… odd experience to say the least!
