Left work (and a classroom of kids) early to get my bloodwork done. When I arrived Deanna said I was not in the system (even though I showed her my portal) and that they closed in 10 min. so I should go somewhere else. Moms (especially working moms) don’t take time to seek the medical care they need and when they do, to be treated like this is unacceptable. Care is not what they provide.
Scheduling is difficult. But I was finally able to get in.
So lucky to meet Solanyi at Quest today!She's an awesome phlebotomist .She patiently helped us solve problems. 🙂
