They are very rude I came fasting and they refused to take my blood sample. Just because I am late a 20 minutes only

Addie & Natalie have been my phlebotomist numerous times and have always gone out of their way to show extreme compassion towards me. I have very small veins and they are patient and empathetic they make me feel like I matter as a patient and I’m very grateful for that.🙏Mahalo so much Kikila🌸
Went to the wrong building and got there right after they called my name and they wanted me to wait 3hours to be called again. This was so frustrating
