The person who drew my son's blood was great. My son was really nervous going into the visit because he has tiny veins and they usually have to dig around to find one but I warned the lady beforehand and she made sure she found a good vein before going in. She got it first try, no digging around or second prick, my son was happy!
The complete lack of a human receptionist would have totally baffled my 95 year old mom but luckily I was there with her to figure out the screen-only check in. Once we got inside we were served and out within 15 minutes, a completely unique experience for me. The staff was great. My only quibble, again, is check in screens, which to me always seem like a measles outbreak waiting to happen, especially in a medical office.
