They were able to get me in earlier then my actual appointment time. The parking was good and there was convenient handicap parking. The technician was very careful and there quality control is fantastic.
Even though you don't have a quick check in for legally blind any longer your walk in time if you get there early is really good less than 10 min when quoted 30 minutes wait at sign in. Total time from in door to out was approximately 15 min on a Friday morning no appointment but did have all my paperwork ready from doctor's office.
Very poor customer service. The blood draw was performed harshly and did not feel like it was done properly. In addition, it has been over seven days, and I still have not received my test results. The overall experience has been disappointing.
