I'm going to speak on this 1st. How is it possible, to have Two insurances & still get a bill. The service THIS time was great
I have never experienced such a rude tech at a blood draw and I have had many as a diabetic. I realize that this young woman is not happy- put her in a lab where she will work with test tubes and not people.
Had scrips from 3 doctors was told I would have needed 2 appointments. No way to know this. No one was waiting. Will have to be stuck again for no reason.
The staff is well organized and definitely knows their stuff. I was in and out. The staff here was courteous and kind and quick. definitely would recommend this location and the staff.
Horrible phlebotomist. The lady with the tattoo on her neck is super mean! I have seen her several times. The first few times I figured maybe she’s having a rough day.But nope lol she’s genuinely just not a kind or happy person. Also the rx NEVER is in their system and you will need a printout. Like a physical printout. If you have it faxed right when you were there, their fax system takes up to 30 minutes to an hour. They also cannot change your appointment time once you check in.
