I walked in for my 3:10 appointment at 3:20 and the staff was very rude and practically threw me out saying I was late and should have rescheduled.If that was the case, they system shouldn't have signed me in. Really disappointed at how I was treated in the facility
My experience at quest diagnostics was very satisfying my name is Dolores Baxter I was there yesterday the 24th of February 2026 I don't remember the lady's name that helped me but she was very kind very gentle and very patient she took the time with me and my doctor who ordered my lab work very nice lady thank you 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
I got my appointment on line, very easy to do. Got a email the day of appointment, clink to tell them you are there, was called in about 3 to 5 minutes. No waiting, great experience. Everyone was great, don't mind going when it was so easy. Thank you
Check in at a quest facility is terrible! Go back to a one step receptionist check in. Allow your employees to be the face of your business.
