Went 1/2 hour before scheduled time, no patients in room, still had to wait. One of the attendants has NO personality for this kind of work- Erica should change her profession- was rude and condescending.
My Appt was scheduled for 10:30 am my wife had an appointment for 11:00 am about 1 hour away. I arrived approximately 8:30 am and asked if I could get in earlier than my appointment. I waited about 20 minutes and an opening got me in and out by 9:30 , Thank you and Kudos to the quest staff
The brought me in 15 after my appointments because they took walk-ins in front of me, they were "short staffed"; and supposedly taking patients from another center, and they gave me an estimate for cost that I have never received at any other Quest
