Where to begin. First, not a fan of the impersonal all technology approach. Second, using patients 1st name is a horrible mistake in calling on them to come back. Seems a number system like others use would be more efficient to ensure correct patient goes back when called. Say this because during my visit a first name was called and two patients had that name, however the other patient went back thereby taking correct patient’s appointment time. Very good appointment for routine bloodwork
So, I get a text from Quest requesting a check in via my cell phone. Fine. I respond that I am going to be there as planned at 11:00 am. I get there at a few minutes before. Since I responded via the text, I did not bother to check in at the lobby check. There I sit. I watch two who came after me go ahead of me. Then it dawns on me at about 11:20 I better check in at the lobby kiosk. When I do I get a get the message that since I'm over 15 minutes late, I have make another appointment. BS! The staff was very nice and helpful. I only had to wait 10 minutes to get my blood drawn.
Outstanding service! The person who tended to me had driven from Douglas, GA. She was awesome! Very professional, courteous and did not have to stick me or move the needle around in my arm to find a vein. :)
