I had a visit at Quest for screening and blood work. My Phlebotomist Ashley was very professional & treated me wonderful. Very pleased with my visit.
All the girls are so nice and make you feel comfortable
Only because I can't put a zero. I tried to call for over 20 mins just to ask a quick simple question and the automated menus will not give you someone to speak to. It would have been a 10 second call to ask if they take my insurance. If they can't bother to speak to patients they're not working visiting.
Had a very pleasant experience! Melissa was kind and quick with my bloodwork. I had a 10:20 appointment was in and out within 20 minutes and got my lab results uploaded to MyQuest that night.
