This location is very convenient. Wait time for my appointment was very short. I checked in on my cell phone prior to entry into facility and no longer sat down than was called for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was expert in her drawing of my blood. She was quick and the experience was painless.
Gigi is skilled and very personable!
I didn’t get the womans name but she was extremely courteous and helpful in every way. An older gentleman frustrated by the check in process was calmed as she deescalated the situation and helped him understand the process. She should be commended for her customer service skills. When needed, I will definitely use this Quest Diagnostics location.
